Trenton "Trent" Postell
Trenton "Trent" Postell is a visionary business leader, investor, and keynote speaker with almost two decades of executive leadership experience across finance, franchising, and education.
As Founder and CEO of Impact Legacy Group, LLC, Trent has expanded into multiple franchise ventures in Central Florida. Prior to entrepreneurship, he managed more than $750 million in mortgage volume at Merrill Lynch and Foundation Financial Group.
A passionate advocate for children and educational policy, Trent serves on multiple boards. He earned a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida, where he was also a student athlete.
As an executive leader, entrepreneur, ministry leader, and sought-after speaker, Trent brings a rare blend of strategic clarity, real-life application, and faith-driven conviction to every stage. He is committed to developing leaders who understand that leadership carries responsibility beyond results.
Married for more than twenty years, proud parent of five — including three through kin adoption.
